Had a lovely time at Colby today and raised £47 on our tombola. Most seemed to be raised in the last 20 mins so I think the next time I shall start to pack up as soon as I get there! Thank you Colby and all your visitors

Over the two afternoons spent at Pets at Home, we raised £147.15. Thank you Pets at Home and their customers.

Woody will be with me at Pets at Home this weekend from 12.00 - 4.00 on Saturday and Sunday and then he will help me to run a tombola at Colby Woodland Gardens on Monday from 11.30 - 4.00. The hedgehog quiz will be for sale at £1 only and is lots of fun to do. The tombola has lots of lovely prizes. Hope some of you will be able to come to support us. Yesterday I was given some lovely things to use for fund raising. One was another knitted, hibernating hedghog, four little knitted hedgehog keyrings and a beautiful Royal Doulton, limited edition hedgehog plate with the certificate and in mint condition.

The students in Business and Admin at Carmarthen College donated £88 and this had been made up to £100 byt the person who delivered it. I also had three more donations totaling £80. All such a help. Thank you everyone.

I have written to Pets at Home today to see if I can corrow a member of staff for April 23rd to help to move about 31 hedgehogs around as we start to prepare them for release. This is a really good scheme where their staff can volunteer for a day to help another charity and they get paid for it. It is good to have someone who can be paid for what they are doing!

I have also recorded an short piece on Radio Pembrokeshire, which will air next week between 2.00-3.00pm on more than one day and possibly over the next two weeks. It is to promate hedgehog awareness and to alert people to our stand that we are having at Pets at Home in the afternoons of the 4th and 5th May and the tombola we are running at Colby Woodland Garden on the 6th from 11.10 - 4.30

Just to let everyone know, the hedgehog quiz and some of my pens will shortly be on sale at Narberth Vets. All money is spent on the hedgehogs.
